The one-day Professional Scrum Product Owner - AI Essentials (PSPO-AI Essentials) training by Prowareness is a hands-on course designed to help Product Owners and Product Managers effectively integrate AI into their daily work to deliver more value to stakeholders. Throughout a full day filled with theory, exercises, case studies, and discussions with fellow participants, you will learn how AI tools and techniques can be applied across the various stances of a professional Product Owner. For this training, we make use of several tools: a Large Language Model (LLM) of your choice (Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT, or Claude), AI video generation (Synthesia), AI prototyping (Bolt.new or Typeform), AI collaboration (Mural AI or Miro AI), and AI transcription (NotebookLM). Upon request, we can use simulated data, and laptops will be provided for participants. Alternative tools can also be used in consultation if preferred by your employer. The training includes one free attempt at the PSPO-AI Essentials exam, as well as a free retake (see conditions under the “Exam” section).
IS THE PROFESSIONAL SCRUM PRODUCT OWNER - AI ESSENTIALS (PSPO-AI ESSENTIALS) TRAINING RIGHT FOR ME?
This training is suitable for:
  • Product Owners, Product Managers, or Business Analysts working in or with a Scrum Team.
  • Professionals with at least six months of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
  • Product Owners who want to integrate AI into their daily work.
  • Professionals who want to be well-prepared for the PSPO-AI Essentials exam.

EXAM
You will receive an exam voucher from Scrum.org for the PSPO-AI Essentials exam within 48 hours after the training. The code has no expiration date and can be used once. If you take the exam within 14 days and do not pass, Scrum.org provides a free retake. If you participate after 14 days, this right expires and the cost of a new attempt is at your own expense. The exam is in English.
