The Obeya Fundamentals is ideal to start working with Obeya and to get inspired. This course equips you with essential knowledge and tools needed to effectively implement and manage Obeya.   Throughout the course, we will delve into a comprehensive breakdown of topics including the principles and philosophy behind Obeya, methods and tools to initiate Obeya practices, and the essential knowledge required to undertake the Obeya Fundamentals Exam. It will help you take your first step towards creating a succesful Obeya. With a focus on practical application, you will gain the skills to establish dedicated Obeya spaces, foster cross-functional collaboration, and utilize visual management techniques to enhance problem-solving and decision-making processes. Included with the course is the Obeya Fundamentals exam. Upon passing you will receive a certificate and badge, showcasing your understanding in Obeya principles and practices.

HOW DOES THE EXAM WORK?
The Obeya Fundamentals accreditation is included. After the training, you’ll receive a personal access code to request the exam. During the training, you’ll be thoroughly prepared for the exam. You can take the exam online and at your own pace.
