In the E-Learning Lean Yellow Belt, you will learn the basics of Lean and how it can be applied in service organisations. You will learn how the Lean management system works and some of the most important instruments and practices. After completing this E-Learning you will be able to explain why you should apply Lean, what Lean is and how to get started. This E-Learning comes with an accredited Lean Competency System 1a Exam, which lets you certify for a Lean Yellow Belt. The E-Learning Lean Yellow Belt is right for you are working in a department or team where Lean is applied, are interested in taking your first steps with Lean, want to know how you can get started with continuous improvement in your team or department, and want to be prepared for the LCS 1a Yellow Belt exam. LEARNING OBJECTIVES What is Lean?; The five Lean principles; How to identify and eliminate waste in processes; Create a culture of continuous improvement. EXAM After you have completed the e-learning you are able take an exam to test your knowledge. If you pass the exam, you will receive an accredited LCS (Lean Competency System) 1a certificate, also known as the Yellow Belt Certification.

EXAM
After you have completed the E-Learning, you can take an exam to test your knowledge. If you pass the exam, you will receive an accredited LCS (Lean Competency System) 1a certificate, also known as the Yellow Belt Certification.
If you are doing this E-Learning in preparation for your Lean Green Belt training, the exam is not required.
