The Scrum basics course is the right choice for you if you:

COURSE OBJECTIVES
After completing the training course you will:

• Have gained knowledge about Agile and Scrum;

The Scrum basics course covers a variety of topics:

• Empirical process model Agile way of working;
• Scrum framework, roles, meetings and artifacts;
• Self-managing and self-organizing teams;
• Introducing Kanban.

PREPARATION FOR OUR VIRTUAL CLASSROOM
This is what you will need when you participate in a Virtual Classroom:

• Access to a laptop or computer A stable internet connection;
• A webcam so that you are visible;
• Good headphones with integrated microphone so that you can be heard;
• Google Chrome or the possibility to install web applications. We advise to read the Scrum Guide before participating in an Agile course.

WHAT DO I GET?

• One year access to our online learning environment: Your source of information for everything related to the training course;
• During the training course everything will be taken care of: The learning environment contains all the information you need to participate virtually in the training. The trainer takes care of facilitating all group discussions and exercises by preparing breakout rooms in the background and makes a virtual whiteboard available for you to work on with the other students;

These training courses are suitable as soon as you really want to live Scrum from the role of Scrum Master or Product Owner. In contrast to the Scrum Basics training, the above training courses are certified training with the possibility to obtain the official Scrum.org certificate!
