As an Agile team member, you and your team are responsible for delivering a working product.
What does an Agile Team Member do?
You facilitate daily Scrum and Sprint initiatives following the Scrum methodology. You communicate with your team members about changing requirements and schedule, and encourage them to coach each other for best results, in part through feedback loops. In addition, you perform administrative tasks such as leading meetings, facilitating collaboration, and removing obstacles that impede project progress.
