About this Roundtable

This Roundtable focuses on addressing behavioral, cultural, and process challenges that arise when organizations endeavor to enhance agility, reduce lead times, and improve predictability and collaboration, among other objectives.Topics you can think of are multi-disciplinary collaboration, portfolio management, product management, connecting V-model with Agile way of working, gaining management support, culture change or shortening leadtimes on hardware delivery.

Because we select a next topic with our community this event is a placeholder that you can register to. Once we have decided on the topic you will be updated with al the information about challenge to be discussed.

Is this Roundtable right for me?

For this Roundtable the target audience is people working at a strategic level in a manufacturing environment that are dealing with the topics like process improvement, shortening leadtimes, becoming more predictable and/or being Agile.
