The last four years in work active in different roles in IT, from project support to software implementation.
+10 years experience in hospitality and event project management, therefore service and project focused is my second nature.

In 2021 & 2022 I learned everything about (my) conscious-, and most of all, subconscious behavior in the courses NLP Practitioner and NLP Master Practitioner.

Since September 2022 I started unleashing my full potential with the Agile Talent Program at Prowareness.
Practicing my learnings of the program and my learnings of the last years on the job at KPN as a Scrum Master of two existing Scrum Teams and building a new Scrum Team from scratch.
