Embedding knowledge and long term success
As Scrum Masters gained confidence and took greater ownership of their role, they became increasingly effective in applying Agile and Scrum in their daily work. At that point, we were able to take a step back as Agile coaches and provide more targeted support, focusing on specific needs or challenges where further guidance was required.
Initially, the group of Scrum Masters did not collaborate effectively. There was limited energy, little knowledge sharing, and infrequent interaction. To address this, we facilitated a Scrum Master Guild based on the Prowareness standard. This approach helped build a growing community in which Scrum Masters could connect more easily and learn from one another. As a result, quality improved and knowledge was sustainably embedded, contributing to long term success. This enables the municipality to fully benefit from Agile ways of working.
