The virtual Professional Product Owner I training course is suitable for you if you:
- Are interested in starting or continuing your career as a Product Owner;
- Are a Product Owner with some experience and looking for a better understanding of, or to correct misconceptions about, Scrum and the Product Owner role;
- Want to attempt passing the PSPO I exam and be well prepared for it;
- Want to attend the Professional Scrum Product Owner I course virtually and experience the same level of quality as you would in the physical version.
You do not need to have completed any entry-level training courses to be able to successfully participate in this training course. You do need a working webcam and microphone if you want to be able to attend this virtual training course. PREPARATION FOR OUR VIRTUAL CLASSROOM
This is what you will need when you participate in a Virtual Classroom:
- Access to a laptop or computer A stable internet connection;
- A webcam so that you are visible;
- Good headphones with integrated microphone so that you can be heard;
- Google Chrome or the possibility to install web applications. We advise to read the Scrum Guide before participating in an Agile course.
WHAT DO I GET?
In addition to a five-star experience from us, you will also receive help during the training course to become (even) better in your role. That means concretely:
- One year access to our online learning environment: Your source of information for everything related to the training course;
- An interactive E-Learning on this learning environment, prior to the training to be well prepared to get started;
- A maturity assessment of your role, before the training course and three months after, to identify personal learning objectives and measure learning impact;
- During the training course everything will be taken care of: The learning environment contains all the information you need to participate virtually in the training. The trainer takes care of facilitating all group discussions and exercises by preparing breakout rooms in the background and makes a virtual whiteboard available for you to work on with the other students;
- A Scrum.org accredited Professional Scrum Trainer with solid practical experience who teaches the training course;
- All the teaching materials used in the learning environment: Presentations, photos of flipcharts created during the course;
- Preparatory material for the Scrum.org PSPO I exam in the learning environment: Blog posts, videos and other recommendations;
- Code and instructions for the Scrum.org PSPO I exam including a free re-sit if the first attempt is made within two weeks of the course.
EXAM
As part of the training course you will be sent an exam code from Scrum.org for the PSPO I Exam . You will receive this code within 48 hours after following the training and it has no expiry date. The exam can be taken online at any time.
Note: the exam code is only valid once. If you participate in the exam within 14 days of receiving the code and unfortunately you do not achieve the required 85% to pass, Scrum.org will give you a one-time free second attempt! If you participate in the exam after 14 days after the training, this one-time gift will expire. A new exam code must then be requested from Scrum.org. The costs of this and any other additional attempt is not included in the training course.
