IS THE VIRTUAL PROFESSIONAL SCRUM WITH KANBAN (PSK) TRAINING COURSE SUITABLE FOR ME?
The virtual Professional Scrum with Kanban training is suitable for you if you:
- Are an experienced Scrum Master or have experience being part of a Scrum Team as a team member;
- Looking for how Kanban can be applied within the context of your Scrum Team;
- Want to attempt the PSK I exam and be well prepared for it;
- Want to take the Professional Scrum with Kanban training remotely and experience the same quality of training as a physical version.
It is valuable to have previously taken the
Professional Scrum Master training (or similar) prior to this course, but not required. However, for our virtual training sessions, we do ask that you have a working webcam and microphone to participate properly. If you are looking for a training course that will help you apply or implement Kanban in isolation, then the
Team Kanban Practitioner training course or
Kanban System Design training course may be for you. If you want to be sure whether you have the right prior knowledge or if you are not sure which training is most suitable for you, please feel free to
contact us.
LEARNING GOALS
- Understand flow and Kanban practices from the perspective of the Scrum team;
- Be able to explain how Kanban practices are used to improve flow within a Sprint;
- Be able to increase transparency by helping the Scrum Team visualize their workflow;
- Use data to create a Scrum Team's Service Level Expectation (SLE) to use to improve delivery predictability;
- Apply the concept of flow and Kanban practices during Scrum Events;
- Be able to help the team overcome common flow challenges by actively managing WIP.
WHAT MAKES OUR VIRTUAL TRAINING SESSIONS SO GOOD?
- Experienced trainers who have years of solid practical experience;
- High level of interaction with the trainer and other participants;
- Room to ask questions about your practical situation;
- Higher retention of learning by applying visualization techniques;
- Alignment of different learning styles to your needs.
Nowadays everyone is dealing with distributed work. By attending a virtual training you immediately experience all the facilitation techniques and tools our trainers use for this. This provides additional value over physical training.
